Welcome to CatchMatch! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"), so please read them carefully. By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with CatchMatch, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. Your access to and use of our Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

To use CacthMatch, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain and promptly update your account information.
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Profiles

Your profile on CacthMatch is designed to help you connect with others based on shared interests and other information you provide. You are solely responsible for your profile and the content you post. You agree not to provide any information that is:

False, misleading, or inaccurate.
Offensive, defamatory, or obscene.
In violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

Since our platform does not support photo uploads, your profile will consist solely of the text-based information you provide.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, false, or misleading.

We reserve the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or behaved in a way that we regard as inappropriate or unlawful.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. We encourage you to read it carefully.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CacthMatch makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not conduct background checks on our users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CacthMatch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
